Demetra Apostolou

Demetra is a proven, successful broker who loves the art of real estate and helping clients realize their goals. She appreciates what a privilege it is to be a part of people’s lives during a time of transition when the stakes are high. Demetra is regarded by her clients, peers and network for her work ethic, professionalism, communication and tenacity. She is extremely responsive, strategic and knows how to win in any market. She strives to exceed client expectations every time. As a Seattle native who has lived all over the region, she has a deep understanding and knowledge of Greater Seattle, the Eastside and Whidbey Island. She keeps her finger on the pulse of the local markets (and the best bakeries and restaurants!) Prior to becoming a broker in 2014, Demetra and her sister-real estate partner co-owned a custom home furnishings and interior design showroom, collaborating with many local artists, artisans, and unique vendors to co-create unforgettable interiors for their clients. They now bring that expertise and eye for design to their work with you. Demetra is an avid amateur photographer who travels as much as possible locally and abroad. She adores Dachshunds and currently lives in Ballard with the 30+ years love of her life.
