How does anyone buy a house without Demetra? My fiancé and I were first-time home buyers in a skyrocketing seller's market. The process was terrifying and opaque to us, but Demetra patiently walked us through it all no problem. She received multiple panicked calls from us along the way, and always walked us back down with reassurance and expertise. Together, we searched for just over 2 months and won the very first house we bid on. During a global pandemic, no less! I can't say it enough; we wouldn't be in our home right now without Demetra.

Demetra is THE realtor I hope any home buyer or seller would be fortunate enough to work with. She originally helped us find our first home in Seattle, under a short timeline, she transparently laid out what to expect, and prepared the perfect offer based on our needs. We won the offer! My wife and I were so impressed how easy the whole experience was in a very competitive housing market. Fast forward a few years later, when it came time to sell that same house - Demetra was the first person we thought of.
